Announcing our New Online Client Access Portal

Paracel is pleased to announce that we have introduced a new online client access portal called Element Client Connect (ECC) https://ecc.paracellabs.com. This secure online tool will allow you to quickly and easily access sample data, test results and documents, anytime. In addition to having access to chain of custodies, reports, EDDs, and invoices, this tool allows real time tracking of your analyses, including preliminary results as they become available.

If you are currently a Element Web user, you can log in using your current user name and password.  If you are a new user, please contact your account manager to setup an access account. User documentation can be found by following this link here.
